Rating: I would rate my Agadir holiday as a 4 out of 5. The holiday was so good apart from a couple of part which let it down slightly (not the hotel’s fault). The hotel was absolutely perfect, the service was impeccable it was on another level of exceptional, the staff couldn’t do anymore to help. Our room was so big and clean! The staff fill your fridge up with soft drinks and bottles of water which was great (I’ve never experienced that before so this was amazing for me!) There were plenty of sunbeds, great choice of food and drinks (especially the cocktails) evening entrainment was good it varied every night and never got boring, the animation team put so much hard in day and night to make sure your having a good time.

On the slightly downer side, there were a couple of things that we didn’t enjoy so much.. we decided to venture outside of the hotel to the little shops across from our hotel (I’m aware you have to be careful when going out your hotel) however we were harassed consistently, the locals don’t believe in personal space or the word “No Thank You”, we were followed a from one shop to another which made me and my boyfriend feel quite uncomfortable, so we decided to go back to the hotel.

On the day we were leaving everything was fine, until we got to the Airport the process of leaving the country was complex, there was a lot of messing about trying to get through passport control (this took about an hour), receiving boarding passes even though we had them printed, and the excessive bag check before and at the boarding gate (5 times they checked our hand luggage)

I really enjoyed my holiday, however due to the location and not wanting to venture too far, I wouldn’t return to Morocco.
